Kenny Hitchings
Passed away on 11/05/2008. Kenny worked for many years at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown and then transferred to the Iowa State Training School from which he retired. Kenny was a Veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. Kenny grew up in the Zearing area and was a small (i.e. Little Kenny or just Hitch), soft spoken man who enjoyed life and riding. He was also a former member of ABATE. |
Tate G. Snyder
September 30, 1959 - June 07, 2006 Tate was employed at the Iowa Veterans Home as a utility worker and a nurses aid at Oakview Nursing Home in Conrad. He was a loved and loving husband who every five years would romantically propose again to his wife of 20 years, Patsy, and they would renew their vows. He will be fondly remembered for his love of family, helping others with anything, building things, working with motors and especially motorcycles. He will be greatly missed by many.. |
Kent Kroeger March 10, 1964 -July 04, 2020
Kent Kroeger, 56, of LeGrand, Iowa, formerly of Marshalltown, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 4, 2020 while on vacation at Whitewater Lake in Wisconsin. Kent was born March 10, 1964 in to parents Leo and Marilyn (Martens) Kroeger. He graduated from Marshalltown High School in 1982. He worked at Interface Sealing Solutions. To say Kent was a motorcycle enthusiast was an understatement. He loved his Indian motorcycle and was a member and supporter of ABATE. |
